• Payments are upfront. I will not start a commission without payment.
• If you can't pay yet, your commission will be on hold until you do. Clients will have until 3 days before the deadline to complete payments.

☁️ ‧₊˚ ⋅ REVISIONS * ‧₊ ☁️

• Revisions are allowed in the sketching/lining phase.
• Revisions after the lining phase will be charged + $5
• Any revisions requested by the client due to the artist's mistake will be free of charge. [ Ex: forgetting detail, miscoloring, etc. ]

☁️ ‧ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ₊ ☁️

• Unless the deadline is specifically stated, Deadlines I provide are estimates, not guarantees. They help me manage my personal work schedule, but delays may happen due to real-life circumstances. Additionally, I’ll always inform you if more time is needed.Notice: By commissioning me, you agree to allow reasonable flexibility if a delay is communicated. This does not apply if a hard deadline was specified by the client.• Hard deadlines must be notified to me beforehand.
• On average, completion of commissions may take 2 weeks - 2 months depending on how busy I am with my schedule and workload.
• I do not accept rush orders.
• Feel free to ask for updates or WIPs of the commission.
• Delivery of the completed work will be made via email.

• Commercial Use: Merchandise [ + 50% fee ]
• Usage of artwork for promotional purposes is free of charge w/ the credit of the artist.
• Claiming artwork as someone else's [ X ]

☁️ ‧₊˚ ⋅ REFUNDS * ‧₊ ☁️

• Commissions that have not been started are refundable.
• Commissions that have been worked on but aren't finished can be refunded to 50%.
• Finished Commissions cannot be refunded.

I mainly communicate with my clients on VGen, but a good alternative is through Twitter or Instagram (I am more active there). If neither is available, please let me know ahead where I can communicate with you.
